I’m Laura C., founder of STR Cleaning Academy and owner of Tampa Bay Cleaners LLC.
My professional cleaning experience extends beyond vacation rentals to include post-construction cleaning, commercial facilities, and restaurant cleaning. Through Tampa Bay Cleaners, I’ve gained firsthand experience with the standards, challenges, and attention to detail required across different cleaning environments.
In short-term rental cleaning alone, I’ve completed more than 250 cleaning projects. My Turno profile has earned a 5.0 host rating, a 5.0 Airbnb guest rating, and the Super Cleaner designation.
Working in these different environments has taught me that successful cleaning requires more than knowing which products to use. It requires proper training, consistency, safety awareness, communication, and accountability.
I created STR Cleaning Academy to share practical knowledge gained through real cleaning work and to help business owners develop teams they can trust.
My mission is to raise professional cleaning standards by helping cleaners build the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to succeed.
